SCHS boys basketball at Waltonville tomorrow 2/10/21 has been cancelled due to them not having school. The game has been rescheduled on 2/17/21.

South Central Middle School:
In an effort to allow more parents/spectators to be able to watch their children participate in athletic events at SCMS, we are making changes to our spectator guidelines. JV parents will now be allowed in as spectators during JV games. Once the JV games are finished, JV parents will be required to exit to allow the varsity/8th grade parents in to watch their child participate.
Due to meeting IDPH distance guidelines, seating is very limited. We will be strictly enforcing the JV/varsity guidelines to ensure we are keeping everyone as safe as possible at all times.
Just to clarify. SCMS Varsity/8th grade parents must wait until JV games have ended before they arrive to avoid putting us over the spectator limit. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the games!!

We want to thank everyone who has made all Remote Learning a success! We are so proud of the students, parents, grandparents, babysitters, staff, and community for pulling together to help our students continue to learn. We know this was a challenge for many, but we have made it through. "THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all your support, help, patience, and understanding during this time!!!" Enjoy your 3 day weekend, and we will see you on Tuesday, January 19!!!

The Elementary Staff wants to say, "WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR STUDENTS AND PARENTS!!!" Thank you for all your support and help with Remote Learning! Everything seemed to go very well today! We worked through a few technical issues, but overall everything went very smoothly. We had several parents come today to pick up books, lunches, and supplies. If you were not able to pick up items today, we will be open for pick up again tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 8, from 10:00-6:00. Students will need their textbooks and supplies to be able to complete the Remote Learning Lessons next week. Again, thank you so much for your support and understanding during this time!
