On April 4th, Pre-K had a visit from Meggan Hiestand from Ag in the Classroom. She read "Jack's Garden" to the students and showed them how to plant grass seed. They each took turns making their own grass seed heads. Their pictures were placed on the outside of their cups and we waited for their "grass hair" to grow. The pictures show the "hair growth" in a week and a half since her visit with us. Thank you Meggan and Ag in the Classroom!

Last Friday, Mrs. Doehring and Mrs. Mitchell’s 2nd Grade Class had a “Coffee Shop” set up in their room! They had to earn “money” throughout the day by completing their weekly tests, read a story and answer questions. They also had to review three digit addition and subtraction in math. At the end of the day, they were able to visit their “Coffee Shop” and purchase hot chocolate, sprinkle, whipped cream and cookies!!!
