Middle school girls basketball will start practice when the softball season is over. In order to practice, an updated physical on file and proof of insurance is required. Sports fee($40 for 1st sport, $20 for 2nd sport) and handbook forms have to be in to play in games.

Due to an umpire cancellation, tomorrow's middle school baseball game vs Dieterich will now be a 7pm start. Due to the time change, there will be no jv innings played.
We have added a home HS JV baseball game on Wed, 9/7 7pm vs Neoga.
The varsity volleyball game at Woodlawn will resume on Wed, 9/21 6:15pm start time in the 3rd set with a score of SC 11 Woodlawn 7. Bus time will be 4:50pm from Kinmundy.

A couple of reminders:
*WATER BOTTLES - We aren't using the water fountains again this year to help keep from spreading germs. PLEASE make sure your kids is bringing a water bottle each day or send them one to keep here at school.
*MORNING DROP-OFFS - If you are dropping your child off in the mornings, be sure and drop them off at the new gym door between 7:45 - 7:55 so everyone will have time to eat breakfast, if they choose. Our classes beginnings promptly at 8:10.

South Central High School has picture day tomorrow Friday Aug. 26th. We will have Senior tux and drape pics as well as student and staff pictures. Students may pick up order forms from the office.

Our district, K-12th grades will be conducting the Back to School STAR Testing Assessments Monday 8/22 - Wednesday 8/24. This information will be used to determine the academic levels of each student in reading and math. Parent Reports will be sent home at the end of the week. Please encourage your child to try their best! Thank you for your support and help at home!
