South Central School District School Board January 2023
The Board approved the minutes, bills, and treasurer’s report.
The Board heard an update on the newly established Trap Team.
The Board also heard updates on the SCMS projects and budget.
The Superintendent advised the board that 43% of budget funds had been spent even though they were at the 50% mark of the budget year. They were tracking below budget and had good balances.
The Board adopted a resolution for a working cash loan in the amount of $118,345 until tax revenues were reclaimed as a result of an underpayment.
The Board adopted the seniority list for certified and non-certified staff.
The Board approved leave of absences for Todd Meyer, Shelly McElroy, and Angie Sapp.
