Thursday, April 9th ~ The 8th grade students will be taking a trip to Lake Land College in the Afternoon. And Friday they will be attending KC’s Career Fair at Kaskaskia College.
Friday, April 10th ~Student Council is hosting a dress up day with the theme being Baseball Day! So everyone wear your favorite Baseball team or any baseball attire.
Monday, April 13th ~SCMS Students and Staff are asked to show your support by wearing BLUE and do our part to help spread awareness for National Child Abuse Prevention Month. So Monday April 13th is Wear Blue Day!
Monday, April 13th ~ Kaskaskia College will be here in the Middle School Cafeteria to talk with the 8th Grade from 6pm to 7pm. This is for all 8th Grade Students and Parents to learn about the KC Career Pathway tool, and to start planning for high school courses and to learn about KC’s dual Credit courses. All 8th grade Students are encouraged to attend!
South Central Middle School Yearbooks are now on sale. Price is $19.50. To order go to ICONIKSCHOOLS.COM or scan the QR code on the Flyers. The deadline to order is June 4th. All yearbook orders must be placed online and will be delivered to the school. Flyers are available here in the Office.
