South Central School District #401

On March 10, our students competed in the Area Envirothon event where they were tested on their knowledge of wildlife, soils, aquatics, forestry, and other natural resource topics.

Each school designates two teams for the competition and we are proud to share that South Central FFA Team 2 placed 2nd in Marion County and finished in the Top 10 overall out of nearly 30 teams!

This event challenges students to apply their knowledge of environmental science and natural resource management while working together as a team.

A huge thank you to the area Soil & Water Conservation Districts for organizing and hosting this outstanding educational event for students across the region.🌱🌍
