The Board approved the minutes, bills, and treasurer’s report.
The Board approved selling up to $3 million in alternate revenue bonds; payments will be made by 1% sales tax proceeds.
The Board approved the 2023-2024 School Calendar.
The Board approved the student insurance offering and also the catastrophic insurance coverage for the district.
The Board approved the cooperative agreement with Patoka for high school students to participate in track and field.
The Board approved going out to collect photography bids.
The Board approved Glass & Shuffett as the district auditor.
The Board approved donations to Kinmundy Lions field for $2,000, Farina Ball Park Field for $1,000, and Kinmundy Sports Complex for $2,000.
The Board approved the annual agreement with IHSA.
The Board approved field trips to: St. Peter Lutheran School to Effingham Performance Center, SPLS to Salem Bowling Alley, SCMS Student Council/Beta to Incredible Pizza in St. Louis, and FFA to State Convention in Springfield.
