The Board approved a letter of intent to retire from Principal Greg Grinestaff. Mr. Grinestaff intends to retire at the close of the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Grinestaff has been with the district since 2000. Most recently he has been the SCMS for over 16 years.

Superintendent Kerry Herdes said “I started with SC as South Central Elementary principal in 2006, Greg had started at SCMS as principal in 2005. “I’ve never been without him with me in everything we’ve accomplished for the district. I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Grinestaff and the support he’s provided for me and the district over the years. I’m proud of what we’ve done for our district and will continue to do for families we care for including our own SC work family.”
