Attention Parents:  5 Essentials Survey has been extended due to the bad weather in our area.  Please take time to take part in this survey.

Your participation in the 5 Essentials survey will help us understand your view of South Central High School and also guide improvements that need to be made. We need as many parents as possible to take part in this survey to get an accurate picture of parentís views.  Please click on the link below to start the survey.

On Saturday, May 16th the South Central Baseball Cougars will be traveling to St. Louis to play the Edwardsville Tigers at Busch Stadium.  The game will
be played immediately following the Cardinals 1:15 P.M. match up with the Detroit Tigers.  The Cougars and Tigers will play as many innings as their 2 1/2
hour time slot will allow and all fans will be permitted to move down to the field level box seats during the game.

The Cougars are required to sell 800 tickets for the Cardinal game and they will go on sale starting immediately.  The $54.00 left field loge seats can be purchased from any high school baseball player or through the high school office at $35.00 each.  Also, each ticket sold will receive a voucher for a free hot dog and soda.

For more information, contact Coach Curt Jones at 618-780-3694 or the high school at 618-245-3363.

We are hoping testing will be finished by the beginning of 8th hour but could possibly go into 8th hour.

FBLA State Testing has been cancelled for tonight-rescheduled for next Wednesday.

Mr. Bizzell would like to thank all those who participated in the ICTM math contest -- you represented the school well. Out of 11 teams in our division we had two 3rd place finishes: Carson Hulsey and Ella Jarhaus for the fresh-soph two  person team and Summer Purcell and Bailey Ritter in the Junior-Senior two person team. Congratulations!
