On Friday October 30, after the students were dismissed at 11:45 local law enforcement in conjunction with the South Central High School conducted an active shooter training in our building. This was geared toward the law enforcement agencies that were present but the staff at the high school benefited greatly from this drill. Our teachers and a few students were involved. During the drill several situations were presented and carried out by the participants. These pictures show some of the activity that went on during the afternoon. The guns you see are air soft guns and no real weapons were used during the drill. This demonstrates the cooperation between the high school and local law enforcement agencies that help keep our students safe. Below are a few pictures that were taken during the drill.
